摘要
在型号项目的研制和生产过程中,质量师不但要加强设计和开发策划、批产前生产准备状态和关键工序等各项工作的监督与管理,而且要积极组织开展能够解决质量问题、质量评审等方面的工作;还要勇于创新,并持续学习相关技术和质量管理知识,不断提高业务水平,为型号项目的质量监管开辟新局面。
During the development and manufacturing in a project, the quality engineers should supervise and manage the improvement for the planning of design and development, readiness before lot production and key processes as well as organize the activities for addressing quality issues and quality review. Furthermore, quality engineers should continuously learn the technical and quality management knowledge to improve their skills.
