质量与可靠性形成于过程,把以预防为主的过程控制思想引入雷达批生产中,结合某雷达装备批生产过程,提出了先进的质量与可靠性保证措施和技术,并把它作为雷达装备批生产验收的典型模式,保证了产品的质量和可靠性水平,满足了用户的需求。
The quality and reliability are built in processes. The idea of ＂prevention-based process management＂ has been used in batch production of radar. Based on a batch production process of radar, the advanced quality and reliability assurance techniques are presented, As the typical model for the batch production of radar, these techniques ensure the quantity and reliability levels of the product and satisfy the need of the customer.
