摘要
采用滤纸片扩散法测定各种浓度的土豆皮浸液对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉、青霉四种菌种的抑制作用。100%、75%浓度的土豆皮汁液抑菌圈直径较大,抑菌效果非常明显,而50%浓度的土豆皮汁液的抑菌效果则不明显。鉴于土豆皮的抑菌效果,可将其粗制品作为天然防腐剂。
This experiment used filter paper method to determine each kind of density of potato skin extracts' inhibitory action with E.coli, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus and Penicillium. Potato skin liquid of 100%, 75% had bacteriostat circle diameter and the bacteriostat effect was very obvious, but 50% of potato skin digestion liquid bacteriostat effect is not obvious. Seeing that potato skin extracts has anti-microbial activities, the crude product could be used as natural preservatives.
