摘要
胜任特征的研究自从引入我国之后,已经广泛地渗透进了我国社会生活的各个领域。在简单回顾了胜任特征的兴起,对胜任特征的概念进行界定的基础上,系统总结了国内心理咨询师胜任特征相关的理论研究和实证研究,指出了研究中所存在的诸如研究方法单一、样本绩效标准难以区分"优秀"和"一般"、分层分类研究导向不明确、应用突显研究"短板"等四个方面的问题。针对这四个方面的问题,提出了相应的解决策略。
After the concept of competency introduced to China,it has penetrated into different areas in our country.On simply retrospect of the origination of competency,on the basis of the concept of competency, summarized the competency of psychology counselor's theoretical researches and demonstration researches. The problems,such as the simplicity of the research methods,the differention of excellent and common of the performance criterion is difficult,the ambiguity of the orientation of classification and hierarchy,the shortcomings of the applied research and so on should pay attention.Some suggestions were given to solve the four problems,wish this adviees will useful to the competency research of psychology counselor's in our country.
