摘要
通过正交实验与综合平衡法结合指标的预估计值对激光陶瓷合金化技术处理低镍铬无限冷硬铸铁轧辊的工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,最佳的工艺参数如下,激光功率为4800W,扫描速度为3.5m/min,光斑直径为2.4mm。在钢厂的装机实验中平均的过钢量提高了1.2倍以上。
The effects of technical parameters of laser surface alloying processing on the qualities of the alloyed layer of low-Ni-Cr infinite chilled cast iron roller were investigated with orthogonal test, comprehensive balance method, and estimated value. The testing proved that the optimal scanning speed is 3.5m/min when the laser power is 4.8 kW, beam diameter is 2.4 mm. Under this condition, the total amount of steel has been improved 1.2 times in the installation testing experiment.
