摘要
从金属材料的固溶强化、弥散强化、细晶强化以及相变强化等理论出发,选择和设计合理的焊接材料和制定相应的焊接工艺,堆焊修复薄板冷轧辊。堆焊试验结果表明,堆焊层无裂纹,平均硬度为HRC59.5。经实际生产验证,满足了冷轧辊的使用性能要求。
Based on solution strength, grain-refining strength, precipitation strength and phase transition strength of metallic material,surfacing material and welding process are correctly choosed for thin plate cold roller. Then, the experiment result shows that there are not cracks and the average of hardness is HRC59.5 in surfacing layer. Practical employments have improved that the cold rollers surfaced satisfied the working need.
