Progress of Study on the Detection Technique of MicroRNA——Review

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一种21-25nt长的小分子RNA,广泛存在于真核生物中,是一组不编码蛋白质的小RNA,可通过序列互补与信使RNA(mRNA)分子相结合从而降解或抑制靶基因的翻译。MicroRNA的主要功能是调控基因的表达,在生物体的生长、发育及疾病发生中扮演着重要的角色。本文主要对检测microRNA的表达和功能研究的常用检测技术进行简要的综述。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are small noncoding RNA molecules that negatively regulate gene expression via degradation or translational repression of their targeted mRNAs. MiRNAs are involved in critical biologic processes, including development, cell differentiation, proliferation and the pathogenesis of disease. This review focuses on recent researches on the detection techniques of miRNA including micorarray technique, Northern blot, real-time quantitative PCR, detection techniqne of miRNA function and so on.
