摘要
目的检测电针治疗对局灶性脑缺血模型学习记忆障碍的改善作用。方法应用Morris水迷宫的行为学指标,并通过设立假手术组、模型组和电针组对电针治疗作用进行初步研究。结果①在定向航行试验中,电针治疗可以明显降低平均逃避潜伏期,与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。②在空间探索试验中,在原平台象限游泳时间、第一次穿越时间、40cm环穿环时间和40cm环穿环次数电针组均有一定优势,与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论电针干预可明显改善因脑缺血损伤下降的认知能力,提高模型大鼠的学习记忆水平。
Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on the abilities of learning and memory of focal cerebral ischemia model rats. Methods Focal cerebral ischemia model rats were divided into sham, model and electroacupuncture groups. The changes of action were tested by Morris water maze. Results Electroacupuncture could decrease escape latency, and there was significant difference between model and eleetroacupunture groups. The swimming time of original platform quadrant, the time of first penetration, the time of 40 cm cutting splice, and the times of 40 cm cutting splice in eleetroaeupunture group were better than those of model group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) Conclusions Electroacupuncture call improv6 the ability of cognizing induced by focal cerebral ischemia injury, and increase the abilities of learning and memory.
