摘要
本实验采用水迷宫分辩学习训练和被动回避性条件反射——跳台试验,通过中枢胆碱能系统损害致痴呆的动物模型,观察了复方益智液对其学习、记忆能力的影响。结果表明,复方益智液可明显增进痴呆大鼠的学习、记忆能力。
The animal model of dementia was made by injuring central cholinergic system. The effect of compound Yizhi solution on learning and memory was tested with methods of training animal to resolving learning in water maze and passive avoidance conditional reflex in step—down alate. Results showed that the learning and memory of dementia rats were greatly enhanced by the treatment with compound Yizhi solution.
