新生儿胆红素脑病发病机制与临床评价 被引量:15

摘要 新生儿时期严重的高胆红素血症,特别是生后1周内发生的严重高胆红素血症常易导致急性神经系统功能障碍,即急性胆红素脑病(acute bilirubin encephalopathy,ABE)。半个多世纪来,由于换血疗法的出现,几乎绝大多数的严重高胆红素血症新生儿获得了有效的治疗,
