摘要
研究了高温摩擦时间对铝硅合金摩擦表层组织中硅相平均直径和球状因子的影响。在预热温度为330℃时,对AlSi30合金试样表面摩擦10 s~30 min。结果表明,随着摩擦时间的延长,表层细化区硅相的直径先急剧减小,在3 min时达到最低值(0.99μm),然后逐渐变大。在细化阶段,硅相直径的对数与时间的对数呈反比关系;而在粗化阶段,二者呈正比关系,遵从Ostwald熟化理论。随着摩擦时间延长,硅相先快速球化,在3 min时球化最好,然后球化因子突然下降,最后在非常长的时间内缓慢上升;硅相的细化促进了其球化。
The effects of high-temperature friction time on spheroidization and refinement of Si phases in friction surface layer of AISi30 alloy were investigated. The friction tests were carried out at 330℃ for 10 s, 30 s, 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 10 min and 30 min, separately. The results show that, with friction time increasing, Si particles are refined first and then coarsened, and the minimum diameter of 0.99μm is gotten in 3 min. In the refinement stage, logarithmic diameter of silicon is inversely proportional to logarithmic time, however, in the coarsening stage, they are proportional to each other, which follows the Osnvald ripening theory. With friction time increasing, the spheroidization factor of silicon particles first rises rapidly, reaches the maximum (0.79) in 3 min, then drops suddenly in 5min, finally increases slowly from 0.72 to 0.77 during 5-30 min. The refinement of silicon promotes its spheroidization.
