摘要
采用免疫组织化学PAP法检测正常及刮除部分角膜上皮3、6、12、24h后大鼠角膜内表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor,EGFR)的分布。结果:正常状态下,只有角膜缘干细胞和近前弹力层角膜上皮细胞表达EGFR。角膜上皮缺损后6h,损伤区角膜上皮均表达EGFR。当损伤后24h,角膜上皮缺损恢复时,在基质层内可见EGFR阳性基质细胞。结果表明:表达EGFR的角膜上皮细胞具有很强的增殖能力,在角膜损伤修复中起重要作用。
The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in corneal epithelial in normal rats and the rats 3,6,12,24 h after the partial removal of corneal epithelial was determined by using immuno-histochemical PAP method. Only the epithelial near the limbus and the Bowman's membrane showed strong expression of EGFR in normal cornea. The epithelial near the wound exposed to tears for 6 h after injury ex-pressed EGFR. 24 h later,some EGFR-positive cells in the stroma were found after recovery of corneal ep-ithelial. It was concluded that the corneal epithelial expressing EGFR had a good proliferating ability and play an important role in the cornea repair after injury.
