摘要
为满足某些特种纸的高湿强、高抗水性能,该文通过分子设计和粒子设计,开发了新型高效环保的环氧核壳乳液湿强剂。研究了二步乳液聚合法合成阳离子型聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(CPSBG)核壳乳液的工艺,合成了聚合稳定、贮存稳定、环氧值高效保留的CPSBG核壳乳液。研究表明,CPSBG能有效地提高纸张湿强度。
A new epoxy core-shell emulsion was developed via molecular and particle design. It is useu as papar wet-strengthadditive to meet the requirement of high water-resistance and high wet-strength of some special papers. The two-step synthesis process of cationic polystyrene-butylacrylate-glycidyl methaceylate (CPSBG) core-shell emulsion was investigated. A CPSBG core-shell emulsion with polymerization stability, storage stability and high epoxy value was prepared. The CPSBG emulsion could enhance paper wet strength effectively.
