摘要
在“糖尿病生命质量和社区护理干预”的社区护理活动中,护生专业态度、知识运用能力的培训、以及社会化功能的锻炼在这一特殊的教育形式中得以很好地实现。通过问卷调查,提示社区护理活动能够从态度、知识、情感、技能领域使护理本科生得到专业角色的实现,与同年级未参加社区护理活动的本科生相比,四方面的得分均有显著差异;同时,这一活动使社区糖尿病患者学会了自我护理、控制血糖的方法,从而提高了患者的生命质量。因此,建议将社区护理活动作为护理学生实现专业角色发展的一个重要内容。
In the community nursing activities of 'diabetic life quality and community nursing intervention', the training of professional attitude, the capability of knowledge use, and the socialized function for nursing students obtained the satisfactory results. Through the questionnaire survey, it was suggested that the professional role of nursing studentsin the aspects of attitude, knowledge, emotion, and skills would be realized. As compared with those at the same gradewithout taking part in the community activities, their scores in the four aspects were increased significantly. At the sametime, the community nursing activities made the diabetic patients know the self-nursing and master the methods for controlling blood sugar level, so as to improve the patients' life quality. So it was recommended that community nursing activity was served as a key for the realization of professional development of the nursing students.
