摘要
目的 了解在校护理本科生的心理健康状况 ,为促进护理本科生的管理和心理素质培养提供依据。方法 运用SCL- 90对 134名在校护理本科生进行调查研究。结果 在校护理本科生总体心理健康水平较好 ,但因子阳性检出率达 82 .0 8% ;二年级阳性项目数和痛苦水平高于一年级 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 1;男生因子阳性检出率除恐怖因子外 ,其他各因子得分均较女生高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ;除恐怖因子外 ,其它各因子得分男生均高于女生 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5~0 .0 0 1)。结论 在校护理本科学生心理问题较多 ,应加强心理健康教育 ,帮助他们提高心理素质和社会、职业适应能力 。
Objective To investigate the mental health of nursing undergraduates in the university ,to provide basis of improving management and developing psychological character of undergraduate nurses. Methods 134 undergraduate nurses who were in school were investigated with SCL-90 symptoms self-rating scale. Results The total level of mental health of undergraduate nurses who were in school was better, but positive subscales were 82.08%, The positive subscales and sufferings level of the grade two were more than the grade one, The positive subscales of male undergraduate nurses were 209.52%, whose the subscales scores were more than female undergraduate nurses except for fear subscale. Conclusion To strengthen psycho-health education of undergraduate nurses who were in school, special for male student nurses and the grade two. To help them understand objectively nursing speciality, know correctly self value, relieve studying pressure and decrease psychological problems, so their adapt-ability to social, occupation and life would be improved, and nursing speciality would be stable.
