摘要
阐述了科技期刊推动科技创新的功能与作用,分析了科技期刊在国家创新体系中的地位与使命;在科技期刊与其推动科技创新的相关性分析中,介绍了科技期刊推动科技创新的作用体现、期刊特征、量化指标体系;并以办刊实践为基础,提出了科技期刊推动科技创新的五种实施路径。为探明科技期刊与推动科技创新作用的相关性提供方法学参考。
In this paper, the function and effect of academic journals in driving scientific and technological innovation were discussed, and the position and mission of academic journals in national innovation system were analyzed. In the relevancy analysis of academic journals driving scientific and technological innovation, the function and effect, the characteristics of academic journals and the quantization index system were introduced. Based on the practice of publication, five kinds of implementation means for academic journals driving scientific and technological innovation were summed up. The methodological references were provided for investigating the relevancy of academic journals and driving scientific and technological innovation.
