现代科技期刊推动现代科技发展和科技进步。引进教学生产采用率指标,与影响因子、基金论文比、获奖论文比3个指标构成综合评价指标公式,用于学术类和技术类科技期刊对科技发展和进步推动作用的评价。
Modern technical journals promote modern technical development.This paper quotes the teach and productive adoptive ratio target to form the synthetical evaluating target formula combining with the effective factors, fund papers ratio and the award winning papers ratio.And this formula is used to evaluate the technical development and improvement promotion with academic types and technical types of journals.
