摘要
将100只小白鼠随机分为四个组(高海拔组、中海拔组、低海拔组和对照组),连续28d分别灌服不同海拔的牦牛胎盘粉和生理盐水,28d后采取肝、肺、心肌、骨骼肌、脾脏和肾脏,测定各组织内MDA的含量。结果表明牦牛胎盘粉能够降低小鼠肺脏、肝脏、肾脏、骨骼肌中MDA的含量。
100 mice were divided into four groups which were there experiment groups.low-elevation,middle-elevation and high-elevation,respectively,for 28 days.After 28 days,the liver, lung,heart,skeletal muscle,spleen and kidney of mich were collect and used to determined MDA content,The results showed that the MDA content in lung,liver, kidney and skletal muscle of micl was decreased by the placenta powder of yak.
