摘要
目的了解性传播患者对相关性传播疾病防护知识的知晓程度。方法对住院就医的216例性传播病患者在入院时进行问卷调查。结果剔除漏答题数超过20％的答卷7份，最后进入统计分析的有效答卷206份，有效率96．6％。调查对象中初高中（中专）文化水平较多（68％）；19～36岁者居多，性卫生知识掌握较差，性行为防护观念淡漠，安全性行为落实少。对防护基本知识知晓率比较低，只有38．7％。结论被调查者性卫生状况较差，对传播疾病防护知识传播病防护知识的意义认识不足，需通过健康教育改善性卫生状况，认识传播病防护的重要性。性传播患者对性病相关知识的了解和安全性行为的认知度低，有必要加强教育，以减少该人群性病的发生，遏制性传播病由高危人群向一般人群的蔓延。
Objective To investigate the awareness of sexually transmitted diseases. Methods To conduct the questionnaire investigation on 216 patients with sexually transrnitted diseases. Results Deleting 7 answer sheets of over 20% missing answer,effective answer sheet was 206, and efficiency was 96.6%. The investingation objects included people with high school（secondary technical） education, aged between 19--36 years, with poor awareness of sex health care, faint awareness on sex protection and low safety of sexual behaviors. The rate of awareness of sexual protection was only 38. 7%. Conclusion The investigated persons are poor health situation and low awareness of protection to sexually transmitted diseases. It is necessary to change health situation and improve the importance of awareness of protection by means of health education, to reduce the occur of sexually diseases and to eontainment transmission of sexually transmitted diseases from high-r!sk people to normal people.
