摘要
以冬虫夏草菌丝体为材料,经原生质体紫外诱变和再生进行优良菌种选育。实验结果表明:诱变30s的8号再生菌株为优良突变株,其生物量和虫草素产量分别比出发菌株提高55.13%和113.99%,结果表明原生质体诱变技术在冬虫夏草菌种选育中是可行的。
Using protoplast of Cordyceps sinensis as the experimental material,screening high yield strains of biomass and cordycepin by mutagenesis of protoplast with UV and protoplast regeneration. The results showed that the No.8 strain of 30 s by mutated with UV was the best strain. The biomass and cordycepin yield were 55.13% and 113.99% higher than those of the original strain,respectively. The results showed else that it was the feasible of screening the best strain of Cordyceps sinensis by protoplast mutates with UV.
