摘要
以脱硫石膏为原料,采用水热法工艺制备硫酸钙晶须,并借助XRD、高分辨显微镜等分析方法,深入探讨了不同搅拌速率和不同硫酸镁加入量对硫酸钙晶须生长行为的影响。结果表明:随着搅拌速率的不断增加,硫酸钙晶须的长径比呈先升高后降低的趋势,当搅拌速率为90r/min时,长径比达到最大,其值为75.78;随着硫酸镁加入量的增加,硫酸钙晶须的长径比呈先升高后降低的趋势,当硫酸镁的含量为3%时,长径比达到最大值73.88。
Taking the FGD gypsum as raw material, hydrothermal method was applied for the preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers. The effects of stirring speed and MgSO, content on the calcium sulfate whisker growth process were studied by means of XRD and high resolution microscope. The results show that calcium sulfate whiskers can be prepared with FGD gypsum; with the increase of stirring speed, the aspect ratio of calcium sulfate whisker was lower after first rising trend, and it had the maximum value of 75.78 when the stirring speed was 90 r/min; with the increase of MgSO4 content, the aspect ratio of calcium sulfate whiskers was lower after first rising trend, and it had the maximum value of 73.88 when the MgSO, content was 3%.
