摘要
当前我国在粮食安全方面存在三个方面的隐患,即数量隐患、结构隐患、国际隐患。我们要采取多方面的政策措施健全我国的粮食安全保障体系,即包括产能保障、流通保障、储备保障和节约保障四大方面。
Currently there exist three aspects of vulnerability as regards China＇s food security, that is, hidden danger of the amount of food,structural risk, international risk. We have to take a wide range of policies and measures to improve China＇s food security system, including the productive capacity, circulation ,reserves and conservation.
