摘要
旅游购物对目的地旅游业发展具有重要作用,然而旅游购物却一直是我国旅游业发展的薄弱环节。从旅游购物业服务质量提升的角度出发,以西安市旅游购物市场为例,首先指出普遍存在的三个问题,然后针对这些问题对服务质量的提升策略进行了探讨。
Tourism shopping is always a bottleneck of the development of tourism industry in China though it plays an important role. This paper takes service quality of tourism shopping as the breakthrough point and Xi' an for example. Firstly, three universal problems are pointed out, and then strategies for improving service are discussed.
