摘要
电磁兼容性是机电设备设计中必须考虑的问题,针对目前电焊机系统存在的电磁兼容性问题,系统分析了焊机系统可能存在的各种电磁干扰,并在软硬件设计过程中采用了相应的技术。在硬件设计中主要讨论微控制系统、电源及电路板;在软件设计中主要讨论了软件冗余技术、软件陷阱技术、数字滤波和"看门狗"技术等。实验证明,这些设计有效地解决了焊机控制系统的电磁兼容性问题,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Electromagnetic compatibility design must considered for mechanical & electrical equipment.Aiming some gelectromagnetic compatibility problems in welding equipment system, various electric disturbing coming from welder interior and exterior are introduced in this paper,and some measures are taken for software and hardware design.In the hardware design,This article mainly discuss MCU system, power and PCB.In the software design, it mainly discuss software redundant technology, software trap technology, digital filter and "WDT" technology etc.h was proved that it can deal with electromagnetic compatibility in welding machine design efficiently,so this method has value in application.
