摘要
详细论述了来自焊机系统内部和外部的各种电气干扰,并在电路设计、PCB制板和程序编制的过程中采取了相应的措施。在硬件抗干扰方面阐述了焊机主机箱的抗干扰、单片机最小系统的抗干扰、电源抗干扰和PCB抗干扰等措施,在软件抗干扰方面给出了软件冗余技术、软件陷阱技术、数字滤波和“看门狗”技术等。实践证明,这些抗干扰措施有效地解决了焊机控制系统的干扰问题。
Various electric disturbing coming firom are wehter interior and exterior are introduced in this paper,and some measures are taken aiming at circuit design,PCB making and programming.In the hardware with anti-disturbing,ease of are welder,single chip minimum system,power source and PCB are expounded.In the software with anti-disturbing,a lot of methods are introduced,such as software redundancy technique,software trap technique, digital filter technique ,Watchdog Timer(WDT) technique and so on,Throughout testing, these anti-disturblng measures effectively account for problem coming from are welder control system.
