Rb蛋白在骨折愈合过程中的表达与意义

摘要 目的:探讨Rb蛋白在大鼠骨折后骨痂组织中的表达规律和意义。方法:利用免疫组织化学ABC法观察SD大鼠骨折后5天、10天、30天骨痂组织中Rb蛋白的表达,利用计算机图像分析软件对Rb蛋白的表达进行定量分析。结果:研究结果发现Rb蛋白在骨折后5天、10天呈强阳性表达,阳性表达主要见于骨痂组织中的成纤维细胞、幼稚的软骨细胞中,随着骨折愈合的进程,Rb蛋白表达下调,在骨折后30天,Rb蛋白阳性染色仅见于小部分残留的软骨细胞中。结论:Rb蛋白在骨折后骨痂组织中的表达随骨折愈合进程而减少,其功能可能与细胞的增殖和分化有关。 Objective: To explore the expression law and significance of Rb protein in post bone fracture rat callus tissue. Methods: The ABC method in immunohistochemistry is employed to observe the Rb protein expression of callus tissue five, ten and thirty days after the bone facture of SD rats. Computer image analysis software is employed to quantitatively analyze the Rb protein expression. Results: Five and ten days after the bone facture, there is postive Rb protein expression which is primarily seen in fibroblast cells and immature chondrocytes of callus tissue. Along with the process of bone facture healing, Rb protein expression decreases, and the positive chromosome of Rb protein is only seen in the small remaining chondrocytes thirty days after the bone facture. Conclusion: The expression of Rb protein in the callus tissue after bone fracture decreases along with the healing process, which may be related to the cell proliferation and differentiation
