摘要
以‘石麦12’和‘石麦15’为材料,研究了节水(春季仅灌拔节水)条件下小麦生育特性和产量的氮素调控效应。结果表明:增施氮素能增加各生育时期的群体总茎数、LAI和群体干物重,提高叶片的叶绿素含量、旗叶叶绿素荧光参数值和光合参数值。增施氮素使成熟期单位面积穗数增加,但千粒重和籽粒产量与施氮量的关系呈单峰曲线型,以中氮(225 kg N/hm2)最佳。因此,在节水栽培的小麦生产实践中,应依据土壤肥力状况,采用适宜的氮素施用数量,以实现产量和水肥利用效率的同步增加。
Using cultivar Shimai12 and Shimai15 as the experimental materials,the regulation effects of nitrogen application amounts on yield and growth of wheat under water-saving irrigation were evaluated.The results indicated that the population culm number,LAI,and population dry weight under various growth stages increased with the increase of nitrogen amounts,so did the leaf chlorophyll contents,flag leaf fluorescent parameters,and flag leaf photosynthetic parameters.The spike numbers at maturity stage also increased with the increase of nitrogen amounts,but 1000 grain weight,and the yield showed a curve with one peak,with the highest at the mid-N(225 kg N/hm^2) treatment.Therefore,in the wheat production with water-saving irrigation system,suitable nitrogen application amount should be determined for realizing the simultaneous improvement in yield,water and fertilizer use efficiency.
