摘要
为了脱除液化气中的硫化合物,开发了一种液化气硫醇无碱转化组合工艺。该工艺的流程为:采用三段固定床串联,将醇胺法脱H2S后的液化气先通过COS水解剂固定床,将COS水解生成H2S;再经过精脱硫剂固定床,脱除COS水解生成的H2S和醇胺法未脱尽的H2S;最后通过硫醇转化催化剂JX-2A+固定床,同时向硫醇转化催化剂固定床注入转化助剂,将硫醇转化成二硫化物;蒸馏法脱除液化气中二硫化物。该组合工艺可使COS脱除率大于95%、产物中H2S含量小于1mg/m3和硫醇转化率大于95%。工业侧线试验结果表明,该组合工艺在液相及常温条件下可有效脱除液化气中的H2S、COS和高含量硫醇等硫化合物。该工艺具有高效、无碱液排放、流程简单和无环境污染的优势。
In order to remove sulfides in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG),a novel alkali-free conversation combination process for LPG and mercaptan is put forward. The flowsheet of the three-stage fixed bed process is as follows: 1. COS hydrolysis fixed -bed;2.desulfurization agent fixed -bed,where it will remove H2S generated by COS hydrolysis and left in amine process;3.mercaptan conversion catalyst JX-2A fixed bed.into which at the same time is added the conversion accessory ingredient,which will transform the mercaptan into disulfide. Distillation will remove disulfide from the liquefied gas. The results show that the removal rate of COS is greater than 95%,the H2S contem in product is smaller than 1 mg·m-3 and the removal rate of mercaptan can achieve more than 95%. The commercial side stream test results show that the combination process can efficiently remove -sulfides which include H2S,COS and mercaptan of high content at ambient temperature in liquid phase. The process has the advantages of high efficiency,no alkali discharge.simple and no environmental pollution.
