摘要
将一定量的噻吩加入预先精制的石油一厂直馏柴油中 ,在室温、氮气保护下 ,与六氟磷酸离子液体发生络合吸附反应 ,考察六氟磷酸离子液体的吸附噻吩效果。结果表明在室温、氮气保护 ,剂油比为 0 .15、反应时间为 6 0min的条件下 ,六氟磷酸离子液体对精制柴油中噻吩脱除率可达到 70 %。在约 110℃下可将噻吩硫化物从离子液体中蒸馏出来 ,六氟磷酸离子液体可再循环使用 6次以上。
At room-temperature and under nitrogen protection, thiophene sulfide was complexing adsorbed by room-temperature hexfluorophosphate ionic liquid. In this experiment, the diesel of Fushun petroleum NO.1 refinery was refined in advance, then certain amout thiophene was added to the refined diesel, it was complexing adsorbed by hexfluorophosphate ionic liquids, and the effect of desulfurization in diesel using ionic liquid was studied. The results showed that the ionic liquid can effectively lower the sulfur content of diesel with thiophene under nitrogen protection and the conditions which were as follows : the ratio of agent to oil 0.15, and the reaction time 60 min. The hexfluorophosphate ionic liquid can be repeatedly recycled.
