摘要
采用等离子喷涂方法21Cr-6Ni-9Mn奥氏体不锈钢表面喷涂不同成分的氧化铝陶瓷涂层,并对其微观结构进行了分析.结果表明,等离子喷涂氧化铝陶瓷涂层与基体为机械结合,涂层中存在大量气孔且元素分布不均匀,其主要相为γ-Al_2O_3.
Aluminium ceramic coatings with different compositions were sprayed to the surface of 21Cr-6Ni-9Mn austenitic stainless steel by plasma spraying, and the microstructure of the coatings was analysed in this paper. The results indicated that aluminium ceramic coatings bind together the matrix mechanically, there are many holes in the coatings, the elements distribution is not homogeneous and the main phase is γ-A12O3.
