采用热喷焊工艺强化热作模具钢表面研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了热作模具钢的工作条件与热喷焊涂层设计,并对热喷焊工艺进行设计,最后通过对热喷焊层的成分及性能进行分析。结果证明采用热喷焊工艺对热作模具钢表面进行强化的效果优良。 Introduced the working conditions and hot spray-welding coat design of hot-working die steel, and designed the hot spray-welding process, at last analyzed hot spray-welding coat element and its performance. Results showed that effect of using the hot spray-welding process to strengthening the hot-working die steel surface was good.
