摘要
高速数字信号处理芯片TMS320F2812和交流电机控制芯片IRMCK201配合使用,构成了永磁同步电机交流伺服系统。设计了系统的硬件结构,包括主电路、控制电路、辅助电路。介绍了基于DSP的带前馈的数字位置环软件算法,结果表明:该系统达到了良好控制功能,缩短了开发周期。
High-speed digital signal processor, TMS320F2812 was used in conjunction with AC motor control chip, IRMCK201, which constituted a permanent magnetic synchronous machine AC servo system. Analysis was made to the system's hardware structure including a main circuit, a control circuit and an auxiliary circuit. Introduction was made to the digital position feed-forward loop algorithm based on DSP. The results show that this system has realized good control functions, which can reduce developmental periods of products.
