摘要
文章在常规APC定位原理的基础上进行了研究和改进,通过对剪切线速度、拉辊速度、加速度的分析,提出了改进的APC定位控制模型、减速点计算模型和剪切速度控制模型。实际应用表明,该模型提高了剪切效率,剪切精度由±4 mm提高到±1 mm;文中的模型可适用于各类板材的定位剪切。
Based on the routine automatic place control(APC) principle, some improvements are made. The orientation cutting speed controlling model, the improved APC model, and the speed-reducing point calculation model are proposed based on the analysis of the plate cut-to-length line speed, the speed of the withdrawal roll and its acceleration. Practical application shows that the cutting efficiency is increased by means of these models, and the cutting precision is improved from ±4 mm to ±1mm. The models in this paper are suitable for orientation control of all kinds of plate cutting.
