摘要
护理本科生招生数量和专业方向的增加以及青年教师的现状使得青年教师的培养成为护理学院或护理系面临的问题。为保证教学质量，应采取多种措施加强护理青年教师的培养，如物质与精神激励、护理教学业务培养、临床实践培训、科研能力培养等。
How to train young teachers has been a problem faced by school or department of nursing with the larger enrollment scale of nursing undergraduates, the increase in nursing specialty＇s directions and the current status of young teachers. To ensure the quality of teaching, many kinds of measures should be taken to strengthen the training of teachers, such as material and spiritual motivation, training in teaching capability, clinical practice and capability of scientific research and so on.
