摘要
目的:调查目前我国护士毕业后规范化培训的现状与需求,为建立护士毕业后规范化教育和专科培训体系提供依据。研究方法:采用问卷调查和访谈法,调查了5个省市104家医院的护士毕业后规范化培训现状和需求,同时对3名省卫生厅护理专干以及71名护理负责人进行了访谈。研究结果:护士毕业后培训缺乏统一管理,培训方式不规范,水平参差不齐。结论:建议建立健全的护士规范化培训制度;由卫生部制定统一的规范化培训大纲;由卫生行政部门和护理学会设置专门机构实施护士规范化培训、监督、考核达标认定工作。
Objective： To investigate the present situation and demand of nurse standardized training after graduation in order to establish nurse standardized training after graduation and specialized training system. Methods： 104 hospitals from 5 provinces/cities were investigated and 3 provincial health department nursing managers and 71 nursing managers were interviewed. Results： Nurse training after graduation lacked centralized control, the pattern and standard of training was varied. Conclusion： It was necessary to establish nurse standardized training system, work out the standardized training program by the ministry of health, and implement nurse standardized training, supervision, examination by a special organization which was set up by health administration department and nursing association.
