摘要
妊娠期胆汁淤积症是妊娠期特有的的肝功能紊乱症,以皮肤瘙痒和胆酸高值为特征,主要危及胎儿,但病因尚不清楚。本文通过相关文献资料的检索和回顾,就目前临床上常用治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积的药物进行总结及作相关分析。
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP）, is a liver disorder of pregnancy associated with pruritus, raised serum bile acids and increased rates of adverse fetal outcomes. The etiology of ICP is unclear and not fully understood. Clinical features and management of ICP were summarized in this article by retrieving related literatures.
