印度木豆及丛枝菌根真菌在镉污染土壤中的抗性研究 被引量:5

摘要 以印度木豆为试验材料,采用盆栽方法模拟土壤的镉(Cd)污染状况,研究了丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)及木豆在Cd污染土壤中的抗性。结果表明:AMF对木豆的种苗生长和在Cd污染土壤中的抗性有促进作用;木豆对Cd污染土壤有一定的抗性,当土壤Cd浓度为100 mg/kg时木豆种苗成活率为100%,Cd浓度为500 mg/kg时种苗种植46 d成活率为50%,当Cd浓度达到1 000 mg/kg时种苗种植46 d后基本死亡;适量的重金属Cd对木豆生长有促进作用,当Cd污染浓度为10 mg/kg时,木豆的长势最好,生长量最大。 The effects of endogenous cong branched mycorrhizal, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF) on resistance of pigeonpea to cadmium (Cd)-eontaminated soil were investigated in the present study. The results showed that the promotion effect of AMF on pigeonpea seedling growth and its resistance to Cd-contaminated soil. Pigeonpea showed a bit of resistance to Cd. At the concentration of 100 mg/kg Cd, the survival rate of pigeonpea seedling reached 100%. The survival rate decreased to 50% 46 d after sowing in the soil at the concentration of 500 mg/kg Cd. At the concentration of 1 000 mg/kg Cd, the seedling died totally 46 d after sowing. The optimum concentration of Cd was useful to promote pigeonpea seedling growth, the growth of pigeonpea seedling peaked in the soil at the concentration of 10mg/kg Cd.
