摘要
学生发展是在学校生活中实现的。当今社会的学生发展,应包括个体性发展、群体性发展和精神性发展三个层面。与学生发展的三个层面相对应,学生的学校生活可以分为学习生活、社会生活与精神生活。学习生活实现学生的个体性发展,表现为认识范围的扩展、认知能力的增强、学习情感的丰富。社会生活实现学生的群体性发展,体现为认识社会、建立人际关系、形成社会生存能力。精神生活实现学生精神性的发展,表现为形成学校生活的意义、追求生命价值的实现、完善精神生活的方式。有效实现学生发展,必须建设一种良好的学校生活,具体表现为使学校的学习生活、社会生活、精神生活达到有助于真正促进学生的有效变化。
Students＇ development is realized in their school life. In present society, students＇- development should include the development of students＇ individuality, of their sense of community and of their mentality. Correspondingly, the school life comprises learning life, social life and spiritual life. The development of individuality, including the expanded scope of cognition, enhanced cognitive capability and enriched learning emotion, can be achieved in students＇ learning life; while the development of students＇ sense of community can be brought about in their social life through recognizing society, establishing interpersonal relationship, and thus forming their surviving ability. Mental development is fulfilled in students＂ spiritual life where they begin to become aware of the significance of school life, seek to realize the value of their lives, and perfect the mode of their spiritual life. The realization of students＇ development requires a sound school life that promotes students＇ positive changes.
