摘要
济南市地籍数据库建设项目是实施"金土工程"的主要建设内容之一,也是全市开展的一项重大基础性土地调查工程。结合济南市地籍数据库建设项目,分析地籍数据库的建库目的、内容和流程,介绍地籍数据库建库具体要求、技术路线和基本功能,并以CASS7.0为平台进行实证研究。
Jinan cadastral survey database construction projects is one of the main contents of implementation of the ＂golden soil project,＂ but also is a major infrastructure project of the Land Survey. Combining with the construction of cadastre database in jinan city, this paper analyzes on the purpose.content as well as the procedure of the cadastre database construction which mainly introduced the technical route and the function of the cadastre database and conducted the empirical study with CASS7.0 as the platform.
