摘要
从断口、材质和显微组织三个方面对过早失效的试制副车架进行了综合分析。结果表明,过多的焊接热输入导致车架钢板的剪切表面产生了回复和再结晶以及部分晶粒的长大,从而削弱了车架钢板的性能,使裂纹过早产生。改进焊接工艺后,副车架台架试验已达到要求。
The premature failure of trial auxiliary frame was analyzed for fracture, material composition and microstructure. The results show that the excessive weld heat input allows sheared case of frame sheet to perform recovery, recrystallization and growth of partial grains, thus reducing the property of frame sheet and resulting in premature formation of cracks. The auxiliary frame has been up to the required standards during the bench testing after improving welding procedure.
