摘要 介绍了600MPa级冷成型用冷轧高强度汽车钢板的成分设计、冶炼、轧制工艺,并且优化了实验室连续退火工艺;用金相显微镜、电子背散射EBSD、SEM以及TEM观察了高强钢组织的宏观与微观结构和取向,讨论了过时效温度对钢板力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明,过时效温度为400℃时,钢板具有良好的综合力学性能;C-Mn-Si-Nb系冷轧高强钢拥有高的强度和好的伸长率,其组织主要由板条贝氏体和铁素体两相组成;EBSD技术分析得出晶粒间多为大角度晶界,有一半以上的晶粒都是{111}//Z型取向。 The composition design, smelting process, rolling process of cool-rolled 600MPa high strength plate for formability were introduced, and the simulative continuous annealing technics was optimized by experimental methods. The macrostructure and microstructure were examined by metallographic microscope, electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD), SEM, TEM and so on. The influences of over-ageing temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel plate were also discussed respectively. The results show that the steel plate has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties at 400℃ over-ageing treatment. C-Mn-Si-Nb cool-rolled steel plate possesses excellent elongation and high intension. Its main metallographic structure consists of ferrite and lath bainite. The EBSD process analysis shows that there are big-angle grain boundaries among grains and above half of the grains are { 111 }//Z orientation.
