互动式健康教育在甲型H1N1流感疫情防控中的效果研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究互动式健康教育在甲型H1N1流感疫情防控中的效果,为健康教育在疫情防控中的应用提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取河北某大学A系所有大一学生(205人)作为干预组,抽取B、C系所有大一学生(181人)作为对照组,在干预组开展一周的互动式健康教育,对照组不采取健康教育措施,在干预后对两组人员进行甲型H1N1流感健康知识-态度-行为问卷调查。结果干预组甲型H1N1流感健康态度得分为8.81±0.76分,高于对照组的8.51±1.16分,健康行为得分为9.41±1.16分,高于对照组的8.77±1.76分(P<0.01)。干预组男性调查对象的健康态度得分为8.81±0.77分,高于对照组的8.50±1.17分(P<0.05)。干预组与对照组女性调查者之间的健康态度得分差异无统计学意义。干预组接受过健康教育的调查对象健康行为得分为9.53±1.09分,高于对照组的8.56±1.34分(P<0.05)。结论开展甲型H1N1流感互动式健康教育活动,能有效促使大学生持有更积极的健康态度,采取更科学的健康行为。 Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education in controlling influenza A/H1N1, and to provide evidence for applying health education in controlling influenza epidemic. Methods With random cluster sampling, 205 freshmen from department A of one university in Hebei Province were selected as intervention group, and 181 freshmen from department B and C were selected as control group. Interactive health education was applied in the intervention group and after that a questionnaire survey of influenza A/H1N1 health knowledge, attitude and behavior was conducted. Results The health attitude score of intervention group about influenza A/H1N1 was 8. 81 ± 0. 76, higher than that of control group which was 8.51± 1.16, and the health behavior score of intervention group about influenza A/H1N1 was 9.41 ± 1.16, higher than that of control group which was 8. 81±0. 77 (P 〈0. 01 ). The health knowledge score of male in intervention group was 8. 81± 0. 77, higher than that in control group which was 8.50 ± 1.17 ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and there was no significant difference between the health knowledge score of female in intervention group and that in control group. The health behavior score of the students who had received health education in intervention group was 9. 53 ± 1.09, higher than that in control group which was 8.56 ± 1.34 ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Interactive health education of influenza A/H1N1 could promote more students to hold positive health attitude and to apply scientific health behaviors about preventing influenza A/H1N1.
