摘要
目的探讨控制数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)图像质量的方法。方法采用GE公司Advantex LCV+数字减影血管造影机对135例患者行DSA常规与旋转造影,对常规造影及旋转造影的图像质量及其影响因素进行评价。结果135例图像分优、良、差三级,常规DSA图像优、良为67例(88%);差11例(12%);旋转DSA图像优、良为45例(79%);差12例(21%);两组间图像质量的差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.113,P=0.291)。影响常规脑血管DSA图像质量的因素包括无意识运动与造影剂的流速和流量;影响旋转DSA图像质量的因素包括无意识运动、旋转投照角度和旋转后兴趣区图像偏离中央;其它影响因素包括术前准备、导管位置和图像后处理技术。结论合理控制DSA的各种因素是获得优良DSA图像的重要保证。
Objective To explore DSA image quality control method, according to the DSA (digital subtraction angiography) image data of cerebral angiography in patients. Methods The conventional and rotary DSA imaging was performed in 135 cases with GE company Advantex LCV + digital subtraction angiography machine. The image quality and its impact on image quality factors of conventional and rotary angiography were evaluated. Results The image quality of 135 cases divided in excellent, good and poor levels. 67 patients (88%) of the image quality of conventional DSA images were excellent and good and 11 cases (12%) were poor. 45 patients (79%) of the image quality of rotary DSA images were excellent and good and 12 cases (21%) were poor level. The image quality of conventional angiography and rotary angiography was not different from each other(χ^2 = 1.113, P = 0.291). The impact factors of conventional DSA image included the unconscious movement, the flow rate and flow capacity of contrast agent. The impact factors of rotation DSA image included the unconscious movement, the rotation angle and the area of interest deviation from the central after rotating angiography. The other impact factors included preoperative preparation, catheter position and image post-processing techniques. Conclusion The reasonable control of each kind of impact factor is an important method for assurance DSA images.
