摘要
目的通过50例旋转DSA检查,探讨旋转DSA技术在脑血管造影中的应用价值。方法在DSA脑血管造影中,对常规位置没有显示病变或显示病变不完全的病例行旋转DSA检查。结果所有患者均能清晰显示病变,能满足临床介入放射诊断和治疗的需要。结论旋转DSA检查技术是诊断和治疗脑血管疾病的重要手段之一。
Objective To evaluate the application value of rotational DSA technique in cerebral angiography through 50 cases DSA inspections. Methods In DSA cerebral angiography, the patients who showed no indication of diseases or diseases were not completely displayed in the conventional position received rotational DSA inspection. Results All the cases can clearly display lesions, so, rotational DSA technique can meet the needs of clinical interventional radiology diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Rotational DSA inspection is one of the important means for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
