摘要
我国经济向市场经济转换的过程中.特别是当前完善社会主义市场经济体制的过程中.国有企业改革中原有人事行政管理模式的影响仍然存在,而要从这种模式过渡到完全意义上的人力资源管理,还有一定的差距。就如何尽快建立起适应国企发展的人力资源体系,不少理论工作者进行了研究,但企业人力资源管理方面的研究尚不多见。应该如何制定企业人力资源管理政策使之与企业效益、长期发展达到协调关系.还需要我们结合目前国有企业改革的状况进一步探讨。
China's economy to a market economy, the process of conversion, especially in the current improving the socialist market economic system, state-owned enterprise reform and the impact of the original mode of personnel administration still exists, and from this model the transition to a fully-fledged human resource management, there is a certain gap. As soon as possible on how to set up state-owned enterprises to adapt to the development of human resource systems, a number of theoretical workers have been studied, but the corporate human resources management research is still rare. How to develop enterprise human resource management policies with those of enterprise performance, long-term development to achieve the coordination of relations, but also requires us to combine the current status of state-owned enterprise reform, further explored.
