摘要
高等职业教育作为培养生产、建设、管理第一线的技能型专门人才的主渠道，要取得高质量的教育成果，主要取决于高素质的教师。随着高职教育的不断深化改革，教师专业化是世界教师教育发展的趋势和潮流，也是我国教师教育改革的需要和方向。在高等职业教育快速发展的进程中师资建设和教师专业发展问题成为了一个建设重点，因为职业教育质量提高的根本保证就是拥有一支高水平、高素质的职业教育师资队伍。
Higher vocational education as a culture of production, construction, management of skilled front-line expertise in the main channel, in order to obtain high-quality educational outcomes depends largely on high-quality teachers. With the deepening reform of higher vocational education, teachers, teacher education specialization is one of the world development trend and fashion, but also the needs of our teachers and the direction of education reform. Higher Vocational Education in the process of rapid de- velopment of teachers and professional development of teachers has become the focus of a building, to im- prove the quality of vocational education as the fundamental guarantee is that we have a high level, high- quality vocational education teachers.
