摘要
利用微细电火花技术加工了特征尺寸为500μm的微流道塑件模具型腔。基于正交实验优化设计法,进行了微注射成型工艺实验。通过极差分析和方差分析,提出了各工艺参数对微流道塑件填充质量的影响规律,并分析其原因,给出了各工艺参数的最优水平组合及其对填充率影响的趋势图。实验结果表明,对于PP材料,注射量、注射速度、注射压力对填充率的影响较大,熔体温度影响相对较小;注射量的贡献率为52.29%,保压压力的贡献率仅为2.05%。
The mold cavities with micro-channel for plastic parts were fabricated by Micro-EDM. Based on orthogonaI optimal design, process experiments of micro injection molding were developed. Through range analysis and analysis of variance, the influence of process parameters on the filling quality of micro plastic parts and their causes were put forward, and the optimal combination of the process parameters and the chart showing the trend of its influence to the percentage of filling were obtained. The results show that for PP material, the effects of injection velocity, injection volume and injection pressure are bigger, while that of the melting temperature is lesser. The contribution rate of injection volume is 52.29%, while that of holding pressure is only 2.05% .
