摘要
作为资源开采型企业,在推行供应链管理过程中会遇到诸多问题。文章在构建煤炭供应链模型的基础上,分析了煤炭企业供应链管理的现状,并针对现状中遇到的问题提出了相应的对策。结果表明:有效实施供应链管理可以保证煤炭资源正常的生产供应,降低煤炭产业成本,提高管理水平和效率,实现"三流"的及时流通,最终实现煤炭企业竞争力的提高。
As resource extraction - based enterprises, supply chain management in the implementation process will face many problems. In this article, based on construction of the coal supply chain model, analyse the status quo of Coal Enterprise Supply Chain Manage- ment, and against the status quo of the issues encountered in the corresponding response. The results showed that ： the effective imple- mentation of supply chain management of coal resources can guarantee the normal production and supply, reduce the cost of coal industry, raise the level of management and efficiency, achieve a timely circulation of the ＂three streams＂, the eventual realization of coal enterprises to improve competitiveness.
