金银花叶片净光合速率日变化影响因子研究 被引量:12

摘要 以金银花为材料,研究了其净光合速率的日变化及其与主要环境因子的关系。结果表明,金银花净光合速率日变化的诸多影响因子间有着直接或间接的、比较复杂的相互关系,在一日不同的时间段内各因子间相关性可能截然不同,在研究光合指标的日变化时,根据具体情况分阶段进行,有利于正确考察一些光合影响因子的实际影响。通径分析结果表明,金银花净光合速率日变化的主要限制因素是光合有效辐射,其次是胞间CO2浓度。 Taking Lonicera japonica Thunb as material, diurnal changes of the net photosynthetic rate (DCNPR) and its relationship with various influence factors to it were studied. Results showed, relative complicated, direct and/or indirect interrelationships presented among various influence factors to DCNPR of Lonicera japonica Thunb. The correlation characteristic between the factors could be entirely different in different time quantum in a day. So to make for inspect correctly the real influence to net photosynthetic rate by the factors, the study of diurnal change of photosynthetic indexes should be conducted at various stages according to specific situation at that time. The result of path coefficient analysis showed that the major restriction factor of DCNPR of Lonicerajaponica Thunb was photosynthetic valid radiation and the second factor was intercellular CO2 concentration.
