摘要
"创意"领域研究在产业和宏观经济层面正逐渐成熟,但是经济学对个体和企业微观主体的创意动机、创意行为和创意绩效却缺乏足够的认识。从企业角度看,创意绩效与技术创新绩效既有关联又有区别,创意绩效是沿着个人创意能力——个人创意行为——企业有组织的创意行为——企业创意绩效的路径产生,人格特质和组织的创意环境决定了企业中的创意行为,提升企业创意绩效需从三个关键环节入手。
" Creativity" is maturing in the field of research on industry and macro- economic level, but there is the lack of knowledge on creative motivation, creative behavior and creativity performance of individual and micro - enterprises in economic thesis. This paper clarifies the association and distinction between the creativity performance and technical innovation performance, analyzes the impact factors on the creative behavior of individuals and organizations, and puts forward the main path of creativity formation, as well as the operation ideas on three key processions to enhance the performance from the enterprise point.
